Anxiety

What is anxiety?
 According from this website, anxiety term for several disorders that cause nervousness, fear, apprehension, and worrying. These disorders affect how we feel and behave, and they can manifest real physical symptoms. Mild anxiety is vague and unsettling, while severe anxiety can be extremely debilitating, having a serious impact on daily life.

For the past few weeks, I've been getting anxiety attack/panic attack. I don't really understands why I'm having this attacks. Too much bad things happen in my life at one go. I need a break! I need to stop thinking pessimistically. I always think of the worst case scenario instead thinking of a good outcome.

Come on Sam. You can do it. Stop all of this nonsense. Start looking on the bright side of life and smile always.
